I have over 18 years experience with operating and maintaining Troposcatter and satellite communications terminals as both a technician and supervisor. Throughout the time I have held various positions including developing and teaching curriculum to entry-level technicians to prepare them for working without help or supervision. Additionally, I have worked as an Oracle Database Administrator to ensure technicians and operators have permissions necessary to procure required components. My experience not only includes maintaining and operating, but also planning on how to leverage logistics systems to ensure optimal telecommunications performance. As a testament to my experience and contributions to my workplace, was recognized in September 2021 as the Marine Corps Association 2020 Littleton Award Recipient for “Maintenance Excellence.”Additionally, I have fulfilled roles as a maintenance manager and data analyst. My experience has allowed me the opportunity to conduct root cause analysis on logistical program impediments and to develop best practices to contribute to continued process improvements. I am currently enrolled in the Ohio State University MPAL program to expand my theoretical understanding of leadership that I have been fortunate to understand through practice over the past 20 years. I am projected to graduate with an MPA by fall 2024.
