  I managed the whole life cycle of the following projects: 1- Energy Efficiency Implementation of the Gold Coast Seaway Sand Bypass System -Stage 2 - Supply & Installation of a High-Pressure pump, motor and Variable Speed Drive: This contract involved the supply, delivery, installation, testing, calibrating and commissioning of one (1) new High-Pressure Pump with 3.3kV Motor and Variable Speed Drive. This contract also included:- Decommissioning, removal and removal of one old pump (WP3)- Supply and installation of Pipework, valves, fittings, etc for the connection, Flowmeters, Electricals and controls, - Modifications - SCADA system2- I wrote and developed a Business Case to upgrade the Gold Coast Seaway Sand Bypass Jetty decking to accommodate modern cranes for maintenance of the jet pumps. This Business Case was submitted through the Cabinet Budget Review Committee resulting in $3.35M allocated3- Coomera River Dredging project:- Development of Navigational Channel Design and Dredge Material Management and Placement Plan for dredging the Coomera River, this part of the project involved stakeholder management particularly regarding the design of some section of the channel and entrances. - Management of procurement for Water Quality Monitoring services.4- Renewable Energy Climate Resilience Project (Green Energy):- Business Case and options analysis.- I was the Chair of the Tender Evaluations Panel.5- The North Channel dredging & beach nourishment at Wave Break Island Project6- The Labrador Channel & North Channel (Broadwater Gold Coast) dredging & beach nourishment Anglers Park and Wave Break Island foreshore Project.7- Gold Coast Sand Bypass System upgrades projects (electrical, civil. Structural, operational, etc)8 - Gold Coast Sand Bypass Jetty Deck Upgrade.9- Sand Back passing System.As a member of the PMO, I am always involved in the procurement process, budget, planning and execution of other projects within the GCWA PMO's project program.
