* Preventive maintenance and statistical failure analysis in order to improve performance on Handlers N5040 y NS6040, on electric test area.* Preventive Maintenance (Training) on 8028, Max, Ultra, IConn, based on monitoring MTBA, Down time.* Develope wirebond programs (Gold and Copper) in order to improve MTBA, MTBF, UPH.* Develope tooling and process for the new products requirements.* Promote the implementation of Poka Yoke and Kizen.* Responsible of 2 groups of technical and Engineers.* Develope hi runner on MTBA, UPH, OEE.

*I began working as an Electronic technician in monitor reparations, July 1997.*With hard working I applied to get higher position, to be a maintenance technician’s leader. Between this time, I create a “manual of guideless” to find an easy way to repair monitors. April 1998.*My boss decided to give me the opportunity to get a higher position, to be a formal Engineer. May 1999.* Responsible of groups of Technicians in order to identify easy defects on production line and components.
