- Receive incoming freight and/or shipments into the facility.- Distribute material to various departments based on master schedule and sales order demand.- Keep track of Purchase Orders to ensure priority shipments get processed ASAP.- Issue and unissued material to and from jobs depending on BOM and drawings.- Operate forklift to load & unload freight, pull orders and move material throughout the facility.- Audit inventory and adjust appropriately based on inaccuracies. - Work and communicate with various departments through email, phone, and radio to ensure continuity of production.- Basic warehouse duties such as organizing, improving, cleaning, and maintaining a safe environment.- Write and process NCR’s based on incorrect routing, BOM’s, or drawings.- Update master schedule when any transaction has been processed that can affect the outcome of a job

- Handled all production control issues to maintain productivity across the shop. (Troubleshoot, problem solving, decision maker)- Coordinate with various departments to maintain workflow throughout the manufacturing shop.- Analyze production and variances in Labor, Material, and Outside vendors to adjust the standards to reduce costs.- Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Planning to ensure the correct bills of material and accurate work orders.- Released work orders to the warehouse to ensure they are pulled on a timely basis.- Used various resources to ensure data is accurate including inventory control, documentation, and router history.- Assisted in developing new processes for production such as work order closures, streamline Non-Conformance parts, and other production related projects.- Train dispatchers, schedulers, and planners on ERP (Oracle) software.

- Operate forklift, side loader machine, and overhead crane to move metal and nickel bars/tubes to proper allocation.- Inspected and prepared all material for shipping after kitting and inventory pulling. - Manage inventory and maintain records for accuracy and future documentation. - Complete all necessary documents for any material relocation. Changed order status if necessary. - Maintain records of all material incoming and outgoing throughout the facility.- Basic warehouse duties (cleaning, stacking pallets, help other workers when needed).
