POSITION : Delivery DriverJob sumary:I as a driver i will responsible in working with fellow Team Members and Management ; in a joint effort to ensure our customers are the number one priorities by making each Interaction a positive one and building a memorable relationship with each event.I as a driver I'll perform daily responsibilies and contribute to the company's overall goal of operating efficiently,effective and profitably.Essential Job Functions:Always prepare for operation by inspecting destinations and maintaining schedule.I'll always serve customers by understanding,resolving and communicating complaints.I'll maintain safe operations and clean appearance of truck by complying with operational  regulations and truck performance forms,personalize each event,phone call or customer interaction with friendly clear conversation.I'll provide the necessary time,patience and attention to each customer and engage in clear attentive and informative dialogue with customers.Make sure event a "rewarding ecperience.I'll will always built  positive interactions to everyone. I will always process and complete  all necessary paperwork concoming deliveries ,pick ups,and  returns.[  ] always keep Company vehicles clean and orderly.[  ] Maintain vehicle visual appearance,cleanliness and safety.sort and stage equipment upon delivery at venues and upon return to appropriate departments for storage.[  ] Able to work a flexible work schedule which includes regular night shifts, weekends and most holidays.1. I will always ensure continuous improvement in my department.(i) support continuous Improvement initiative; follow Standard work as applies to the work area and job functions.(ii)Provide and seek input from my team to identify process improvement opportunities.(iii) Assist with identification of customer service issues and ideals for improvement .2.ensure safety and wellness.(i)offer suggestions to continually increase knowledge and awareness of safety.
