• Manage a team of attorneys and paralegals handling legal issues in connection with Family Dollar’s acquisition and disposition of real estate assets through fee development, sale leaseback and 1031 exchange transactions (including document negotiations, due diligence reviews and closings)• Manage and coordinate governmental affairs• Supervise all of Family Dollar’s eminent domain and tax foreclosure issues• Negotiate and draft lease agreements, short form leases, SNDAs, development agreements and related documents in connection with store developments
