In 2017, I joined the IT Operations Department of Assa Abloy Entrance Systems as Senior Support Engineer. My job consists on maintaining the IT infrastructure of the headquarters in Spain and Portugal, the arrangement of technical framework as well as solving costumer enquiries on first and second line support.My responsibility is to keep the IT services in correct operation, both for the users of the multiple offices of the company, and for the workers in the field. This includes device and asset life cycle management, user training, knowledge data base management and writting procedures or technical documents.I have joined an international multidisciplinary team that implements corporate policies and strategies to ensure that the company’s services are preserved at their prime.

In 2013, I joined Datawire to take charge of the administration and support of the IT infrastructure. I was in charge of the administration of the company's servers, as well as the management of clients within the medical division. During my tenure as IT Infrastructure Responsible, the client-service availability rose up to 100% with a decrease in costs of 30% in all over the span of three years. My collaboration with the Datawire group started on 2001, and since then I have been carrying out projects in the IT field with them, especially for the medical division, which provides health and safety services to some of the major companies in Spain.

In 2012, I became Deployment Manager Project at Telefonica’s Machine To Machine department to lead service support of several South American bases where Telefonica operated.In 2011, I joined the QA department to act as System Administrator. My main activity consisted on defining QA best practices and administrating the Testing and QA software Jira.In 2006, I started playing the project manager role for subsidized projects. As a System Administrator and Coordinator, I led different teams in both European and National projects.
