Space is a subject that has always fascinated me. During my internship, I have been working with colleagues in Python, Visual Studio Code, and GitHub to improve the base code of Acciona's solar thermal plant in Cerro Dominador (Chile) to maximize its efficiency. Programming is nowadays a fundamental part of the engineering industry, and that is why I decided to join the project. In addition to this, I have worked at my university as a tutor, PASS Leader, uni buddy, and student ambassador. These jobs have helped me develop my interpersonal and social skills. To the point where I feel confident in most situations that might arise in the workplace.During my studies in England, I studied aerospace engineering in which I learned a lot about 3D design, aerodynamics, mathematics, etc. I focused my dissertation on CTGANs and how machine learning can be applied in space technologies to increase their efficiency. Apart from studying, I joined several local societies and in my second year, I acted as the chairman of the shogi society for two years. This society when I was in charge had 40 members and I had to take care of the budget, social events, and communications with the members. It helped me a lot to learn about how to manage large teams and their difficulties. Maintaining the balance between various factors is difficult, but possible, you just have to get the team members to share the enthusiasm and the desire for the project to go well.I have been working on strengthening my teamwork skills. This aspect has become fundamental in industry, with the added difficulty of the importance of being aware of new technologies and how they can be incorporated into companies to reduce costs and increase profits. My main interest is to be able to specialize in machine learning to make space intelligent and more accessible to humans. The 3D design is another field in which I am interested, I have been working with SolidWorks and Ansis for several years to understand what design looks like in an engineering project and their scientific analysis to evaluate them from a technical level.
