Leader of the Project Controls Team for the Quecher Main Project: A $315M brownfield project to develop the remaining oxide deposits: Quecher Main Pit and two additional oxide deposits (small pits), as well as the construction of the Carachugo 11 heap leach pad (5 hectares), Carachugo heap leaching 14 pad (52 hectares) and supporting infrastructure.- The Project Team achieved savings by $43M.- Maximum qualification in 2019 Personal Objectives and Performance. - The Project Execution Review recognized that project controls tools employed on this project are exemplary and replicable in other sites.

Participated in the construction of projects as Tailings Storage Facilities North Expansion with an investment of $42M: earthworks and electromechanical works.- Responsible of the cost and schedule of the assigned projects.

Participated in the construction of projects as Water Treatment Project - Emergency Works (a portfolio of subprojects of $50M of investment related to improve the storage and manage of water into Yanacocha) and Corrective Maintenance of San José Reservoir (installation of a second geomembrane sheet in a 6M m3 capacity reservoir and improvement of the leak detection system with an investment of $20M). In 2010, I was recognized as Best Worker of the Year of Projects Control Team.- Validation of weekly and monthly reports of the entire portfolio of the department associated with the control of cost and schedule of the projects under construction.- Planning and monitoring of the contracting of services and supplies for the projects according to the annual plans.- Validation of the update of the budget and schedule of the projects after the approval of funds for the construction.- Identification of threats and opportunities oriented to the optimization of the project cost and project schedule.

Participated in the construction of projects as East Acid Water Treatment Plant ($42M) and Reverse Osmosis Plant II of 500 m3/h capacity ($20M).- Lead the control team of electromechanical projects.- Identifying risks and opportunities to ensure compliance in cost and schedule of the assigned projects.- Implementation and dissemination of the Control Panel in cost and schedule (Earned Value).- Evaluation and analysis of technical-economic proposals in bidding processes for construction and engineering of projects.

Participated in the construction of Lead, Silver and Zinc Concentrate Extraction Process Plant for Minera San Cristobal at Uyuni - Bolivia: Concrete Placement and Mechanical Assembly.- Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the four-week schedule and control of the S Curve of the Project.- Preparation and evaluation of the labor productivity indices of all the activities carried out and their analysis.- Responsible for the preparation and approval of the monthly expense report of all subcontractors (equipment rental and third-party services), both for the Civil Part and for the Assembly Part.

Participated in the construction of La Quinua II diesel storage and dispatch station at Yanacocha: civil works and electromechanical works.- Responsible for developing the cost control structure and its monitoring, preparation of the Target Budget and evaluation of the acquisition of third-party equipment, ensuring its operability and the best price.- Responsible for the programming and execution of all the works of the Civil part of the Project.- Analysis of labor productivity reports.- Preparation of additional budgets for the Client and participation in their negotiation; approval of budgets and expense reports of subcontractors; and preparation and reconciliation of biweekly expense reports with the Client.

Participated in the construction of 800 apartments in the Housing Condominium called "Alameda de La Molina": civil works, concrete works, building finishes and building services.- Responsible for the scheduling and execution of all earthworks, structures, electrical and sanitary installations, both interior and exterior, and all finishes.- Implementation and monitoring of the Site Safety and Environment Plan.- Responsible for the optimal management and distribution of resources.

Participated in the construction of Yanacocha Leach Pad Expansion Stage 5 and Stage 6: Earthworks and geosynthetics installation.- Control of the performance of the resources used during the execution of the project.- Responsible for the elaboration of budgets of additional works for the Client.- Review and approval of budgets for works carried out by third parties.
