Responsible of Costing DepartmentDuties:- Preparation of Sales and COGS forecast by part numbers ( around 2,000 FG’s), platforms (105 platforms) and commodities (Floor Consoles, Molding, ri-ACT and Visors).- Annual rates calculations (Labor, Burden and Overhead).- Determination of gross margin and variances vs. Forecast by part number (Around 2,000 different FG part numbers), platforms (105 platforms) and commodities (Floor Consoles, Molding, ri-ACT and Visors) - Responsible to development BBP allocations Drivers.( Floor Console, Molding, ri-ACT Visors)- Responsible of validation of Continues Improvement saving programs, (Standard times, usages, purchase burden).
