Based in Buenos Aires, I provide support to the Company in Lationamerica and Mexico monitoring the compliance with local regulations.-Prepare documentation to auditors and tax authorities in relation to major intercompany agreements, mainly related to support costs.-Support on audits and/or assessments analysis.-Support on monitoring tax returns filing deadlines; review on main operating companies tax computations in the region.-Review on new tax structures and intercompany agreements to be implemented.-Support on Tax reporting to Head Office, RTR, ETR, FIN48, etc-Support on monitoring the preparation of Transfer Pricing Studies, centralizing relevant information such as Functional Analysis, Margins, etc

Based in Buenos Aires, responsible of the Tax Department for Argentina, Bolivia and Chile (ABC) with regional revenues of $400M and tax budget of $18M. Staff of 9 and more than 16 legal entities distributed along the three countries.-Responsible for fiscal accounting, USGAAP/local GAAP reconciliation, -Tax strategy and development to avoid unnecessary tax costs, interpretation of tax laws and rulings, review and new businesses structures in order to ensure optimum tax saving-Tax rate monitoring, FASB109, FIN 48, SOX and all other regulatory compliance. -Assist the Controller and Operation Managers in the review of new tenders and bids-Manage tax and fiscal audits minimizing tax contingencies and ensure regulatory compliance -Establish internal transfer pricing policies in compliance with local and country laws.Currently working on the harmonization of processes for new adquisitions, including the review of status of compliance and implementation of procedures for tax reporting, accounting, transfer pricing, tax plannings, etc

-Review balance sheet account, reconcile and prepare associated balance sheet notes. -Analyze Profit & Loss variance and review detailed revenue and cost transactions. -Responsible for subsystem control of statutory and fiscal values including fixed asset fiscal values. -Control and prepare legal entity general ledger entries including prepayments, accruals, allocations and so on. -Reconcile and control differences between local and US GAAP's accounting practices. -Review customs, VAT and excise tax compliance. -Prepare statutory and fiscal accounts. -Coordinates with Tax Advisors the preparation of Income Tax returns. -Understand, review, implement and comply with Sarbane Oxley requirements-Comply with applicable company policies, including Personnel, Quality System and Health, Safety and Environment standards and procedures.

-Support on Bank Account administration duties. -Support on Subsystem control including client receivables collections and inter company settlement. -Assist in the timely processing of urgent and manual payments within 24 HRs or 3 Days based on the request type.-Ensure the all payment request are compliance with UP/MOC/DD policy. -Assist in other tasks and projects as needed.-Analyze/review Client accounts for accuracy and check balances.
