I have been a trial lawyer for more than two decades, representing businesses and individuals in their most important disputes. My practice focuses on complex business litigation and arbitration, with an emphasis on international and cross border disputes. I have represented individuals and businesses based in the United States, Latin America, and Europe across a variety of industries, including manufacturing, media and entertainment, real estate, telecommunications, and banking and financial services. I have represented those clients in matters such as shareholder disputes, the enforcement of non-competition agreements, commercial and real estate disputes, the prosecution and defense of business torts, contract disputes, civil asset forfeitures, and civil RICO claims brought in state and federal courts, and before various international arbitration tribunals. I have served as an arbitrator in disputes before the International Court of Arbitration (ICC) and International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR).
