Plan, build and execute the Dispatch Routes of the company, based on the Sales Orders of the Clients.Ensure the delivery cycles of the Sales Orders in the different areas:Ensure compliance with Deliveries to customers in Quantity, Quality and in the required time. .Efficiently coordinate the rotation of operational personnel on the routes during the weekly Routes cycles.Ensure the operability of the company's Truck Fleet, assigning in an efficient and coordinated manner the different routes.Ensure teamwork with the areas of Sales, Order Processing, Warehouse and Floor Control, Credit and Collections, Accounting, Human Resources and Purchasing.Optimize the dispatch routes in the different zones, maximizing the occupation of the trucks.Ensure low percentages of merchandise in the Warehouse Return area.Coordinate the Pick Up of orders in the different Suppliers, ensuring the Round Trip efficiently when required.

Responsible of:1. Ensure the design, formulation and communication of organizational strategies, aimed at optimizing the processes of DUSA and its subsidiaries, in conjunction with the Steering Committee, in the short, medium and long term.2. Ensure the channeling of organizational strategies, through the alignment and integration of processes in the management of each management of the organization, ensuring the achievement of the proposed objectives, short, medium and long term.3. Manage organizational changes, which arise as a result of the insertion of new strategies or redesign of existing strategies, in order to give continuity to the process of continuous improvement, in conjunction with the Steering Committee. 4. Ensure compliance with the guidelines emanating from the incorporation of the new organizational strategies, constantly evaluating possible deviations that may distract the organization from the proposed objectives.5. Evaluate and monitor the Macro and Micro environment of the organization, allies and subsidiaries.6. Coordinate Savings Projects in the different areas of the Organization.7. Ensure compliance with the Norms and Policies of Prevention, Safety and Health at Work.

Ensure Planning and Production Control of the entire plant at the level of Alcohols Distillery, Aging and Matutation, Blending and Bottling, in the short, medium and long term, both own products and third parties. (National and export market) House of Diplomático Rum 2. Ensure Compliance with Standards agreed in the QMS (Quality) and in the EMS (Environment), as well as the current legal regulations. (Good Manufacturing Practice , Lopcymat, HACCP, etc.) 3. Ensure the Procurement of the Materials of the Productive Warehouses and of services, as well as to satisfy the needs of the rest of the areas of the plant, focused on Timely Deliveries, Quality, Quantity and timely costs.4. Ensure the import logistics of the materials that the plant seeks to provide good service in the times required.5. Ensure the export logistics to comply with the export market delivery plans. ( Diplomático Rum) 6. Manage and Control Copacking Contracts for the production of contractual clients. (Diageo Venezuela filial DIAGEO ). 7. Ensure the satisfaction of the Distributors (Finished Product) and Contractual Customers, in Deliveries on time, Quality and Quantity.8. Ensure the execution and management control of the investment plans of the six (6) Operational Management , necessary in the short, medium and long term. (Distillery – Aging and Blending, Bottling, Procurement Production Planning and Logistics, Engineering, Quality Assurance and Integral Security), which allow the fulfillment of the growth projected to five years. 9. Considering national and imported inputs.4. Ensure the import logistics of the materials that the plant seeks to provide good service in the times required.5. Ensure the export logistics to comply with the export market delivery plans. ( Diplomático Rum)6. Manage Copacking Contracts for the production of contractual clients ( Diageo Venezuela filial DIAGEO ) and Pernod Ricard Venezuela.

Responsible by:Coordination of shipments of goods to Customers and Distributors. Control and Replenishment of Inventories to the Regions. Focused on Deliveries on time and Quality of Customer Service.
