Ensuring the safety of airport operations and providing technical advice on operational matters to the top management, approval of the operational routines of the Services under the Division and ensuring their coordination.

Management of the Operations Service and ensuring the airport operations activities such as the provision of dispatch services, Marshalling and Follow-me and supervision of the accomplishment of aeronautical regulations, ensuring proper management of passenger and bagage flows and airport facilities.

Supervision of the activities of the operational teams, promotion of daily coordination with airport services and entities, representing the Airport Director on operational matters during his absence, preparation of Notams, work permits and safety reports, instructor for Operations Service staff training.

Dispatch services, terminal and movement area inspections, follow-me and marshalling services, control of works in progress, planning of facilities and its daily management.
