Material Control:• Create and update items in the Oracle system like Safety Stock, Min-Max, Kanban Cards, Purchasing lead time and Supply Type • Analyze reports of Soft Pegged and Hard Pegged• Execute transactions like miscellaneous, project transfer, sub inventory transfer, cost adjustments, print labels, stock count, discrete jobs, material’s part conversion, credits, RTV process and move transactions on the Oracle System• Correct pending move transaction for Backflush errors

• Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.• Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.

Sales Management: * Fulfillment inventory management * Customer service activities such as following up of clients, dealing with complaints, feedbacks, and customer satisfaction * Price revision according to the market * Processing sales orders * Updating product description Inventory Control : * Data entry on the system * Reposition of Inventory (re-stocking) * Creation new packs and reposition of regular packs * Adjuster differences in the inventory * Check and update product’s prices * Pick up, billing, packing and shipping the products Shipping Management: * Follow product list for the picking * Pick the products on the warehouse * Prepare the product for the shipping with the invoice, labeling, and packing.

Account Management: * Communicate with the Capital One`s customers, Credit Card USA * Follow the Company`s strategy to recover customer`s accounts receivable * Collaborate with the customers in order to find payment agreements for the unpaid debts

International Purchasing Management: * Evaluate quotations, prepare purchase orders and send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests. * Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations. * Perform buying duties when necessary. * Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems. * Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications. * Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. * Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers. * Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
