Assess specific job activities for safety risk and work with the VP of Safety, Safety Manager, and the Safety Department to create specific job safety programs as needed to ensure the safety of our employees and confirm compliance with OSHA's rules and regulations.• Write and implement site specific programs to ensure the safety of our employees and compliance with owners and contractor requirements.• Daily jobsite visits to assist the Project Manager, General Foreman or Foreman in identifying and abating exposures to our employees. Accurate records of these visits are to be kept with hazards and abatements noted.• Work with the site safety team and Project Supervisors to enforce safety policies through training, enforcement, and discipline.• Investigate all incidents and near misses, prepare reports detailing causes and remedies to prevent reoccurrences.Review incidents with the VP of Safety, Safety Manager as well as Alterman management.• Provide regular jobsite safety training using safety meetings, toolbox talks, or more formal methods as needed.• Maintain working knowledge of current OSHA regulations.• Review and modify safety policies as required, and recognition programs if applicable.• Assist with the development of new training programs and present training materials to groups as needed.• Assist the VP of Safety, Human Resources and Management with the enforcement of company policies, including Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity policies.

Central Texas

• Coordinate the safety and security programs to promote and ensure a safe working environment. • Evaluate the effectiveness of safety and security programs. • Review current safety training and recommend revisions, improvements, and updates.

Central, South Texas

• Delivers and facilitates structured safety and regulatory training and development programs and initiatives in support of the company’s training plan, objectives and brand essence• Updates materials as dictated by changes in regulations and/or programs• Provides coaching, reinforcement of safety policy and procedures in cooperation with EHS department to Team Members throughout the resort• Performs administrative duties to track completion of training, scheduling of classes and resources, compile and prepare statistical information on training program status• Flexibility to conduct training sessions during any of the three operating shifts and be available to the needs of the various client groups this position will support• Ensure the delivery of high quality, innovative and engaging certified courses that meet all required aspects of the employees learning needs, requirements meeting business budgets

San Antonio, Texas Metropolitan Area

• Skilled position involving the safe and efficient operation of equipment trucks.• Operate truck in safe and professional matter on public highways, roads, company/customer properties to deliver supplies, tools. • Trucks driven include but not limited to: Haul truck, End Dump truck, Water Truck and other semi-tractor truck with attached trailers.
