Current-Planning and execution of high value strategy in coverage areas with strategic clients.-Implementation of strategies for the reduction of operational processes and activation of RTBO business.-Preservation and liquidity reserve of the managed brands as well as the planning of marketing strategies for the portfolio.-Brand portfolio management, follow up of digital campaigns seeking to generate a successful experience to the end customer.-Updating and proposing innovative modifications that lead to the success of existing brands and the creation of new ones.- Projection of strategic clients for the linkage to hidden kitchens rental proposals and management of tertiary brand operations.- Ensure the successful operation of the strategic allies that manage our brands.
