• Plan successful marketing strategies targeting and developing new residential and commercial sales territories.• Generate valuation analysis reports using sales comparison, cost depreciation, and income capitalization approaches.• Consult with clients to determine needs, assess financial parameters, and strategize an optimal financing approach.• Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and conditions of purchase agreements are met before closing dates. • Act as a fiduciary intermediate in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other. • Draft documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases. • Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents, as well as reconciliation and disbursement of funds. • Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services. • Adhere diligently to state and federal real estate laws and disclosure requirements.
