Led design strategy + art direction for all brand creative and UX for the new MIXT+ experience.

Created cross-channel integrated marketing campaigns for multiple brands, PR, and opening events to support national expansion.

Led creative direction and helped shape strategy for the bi-annual NYC Restaurant Week program. Designed environmental and wayfinding graphics for trade shows and events at Rockefeller Center, Central Park Zoo and Radio City Music Hall. Guided and on-boarded new designers to experiment and work within the brand style guide.

Rebranded NYC & Company’s B2C and B2B initiatives with a new identity and creative strategy across all advertising, digital, video and print materials. Executed city wide and international marketing campaigns, including the Taylor Swift Global Ambassador program, NYC Broadway Week and See Your City. Contributed to the development of a 260+ graphic icon set used across all New York City agencies and designed the Mayor’s “Career Pathways: One City Working Together” report.

Led a team of 90+ members to drive positive annual comp sales of $7 million, while decreasing expenses and increasing customer/employee satisfaction and engagement. Responsible for the business strategy, people management and operations of the flagship store in Washington DC. Organized events and designed store-specific marketing materials to drive traffic and sales throughout the year, including a partnership with The Washington Center, which represents over 20,000 interns in Washington D.C.
