Jose Ramirez co-leads Savills Human Capital Solutions group and focuses on developing location strategies for clients, both domestically and internationally at the firm’s NYC office. Working with clients, Jose defines key business problems to be solved, finds locations that address those challenges, ultimately providing access to new pools of talent, achieving operating cost reductions, minimizing or mitigating the impacts of climate change or physical risk, and advancing sustainability goals. Jose also manages Savills labor market and building sustainability data analytics, which leverages proprietary tools, licensed software, and external data partners to provide cutting-edge insight.Additionally, Jose leads the sustainability analyses work integral to Savills real estate brokerage services. His expertise in national, state, and local laws regulating building efficiency performance has allowed clients to make informed real estate decisions that further their ESG commitments. Jose works closely with the approximately 40+ Savills Sustainability consulting team to stay abreast of international developments (e.g., global commitments on carbon emissions reductions like the Paris Agreement) that have the potential to meaningfully impact our clients. Immediately prior to joining Savills, Jose spent four years at KLG Advisors as a Senior Consultant on the location strategy team, and two years at Stanford Financial Group as an investment banking analyst.be.
