Had the honor to be surrounded by amazing Ranger service members, meet VIP guests and work along with personal who likes to make a difference in our working environment. The leadership has taught me to solve problems in a professional manner, trust my new crew and plan ahead to avoid delays for the missions.

Being able to start a new career and being able to perform my skills to my comrades. Started with amazing leadership and has taught me to be more confident. Communicated with my peers, lead the new Service members to be successful not just in their military career, but also in their education and personal finance.

This job has given me the chance to experience a fast-paced working environment. It has taught me to be self-confident in the decisions I am making. It also built trust among my peers and communication is very important in order to make our goal to be met for the day on production.

Had the opportunity to develop my skills and be more confident by communicating with the customers. Not only being able to communicate but also to lead new employees, training and being able to see their success into the position.
