A highly creative, award-winning, and passionate content creator, I bring in extensive experience and skills in creating engaging multimedia content. With my educational background in digital media, broadcast and electronic media, photography, and business management, I have a proven capacity to tell stories through captivating digital content. For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated with the creative processes involved in producing audio, videos and images. This drive allowed me to focus on photography and videography. In college, I pursued studies in digital media and photography to hone my technical knowledge in these fields. While I was still completing my associate degree at the College of San Mateo, I established Rocha Multimedia in 2017. It was a dream that came into fruition. As I furthered my techniques and style, I started working with clients in producing content for their social media channels. In 2019, my film project, “I Do Not Fear You” won the Campus Movie Fest Award. It bagged the prestigious Jury Award. I take pride in this recognition for producing, editing, and directing this short film. Moreover, I have also demonstrated skills in problem solving and customer support having worked in the retail sector for 7 years. Applying a high level of product knowledge, I’m able to provide the appropriate solutions to address clients’ concerns. With outstanding communication skills, I build relationships well and drive positive customer experience. In 2019, I was recognized for achieving the Top Net Promoter Score at Best Buy as well as achieving 1 million sales in the premium appliances category. Throughout the years, I’ve developed a well-rounded skill set that allows me to contribute in different areas such as digital media, social media management, content production, business and marketing.
