Subsytem Owner for different modules of the Spinn coffee machine, including internal frame, outer panels, UI, and hopper. The Spinn coffee maker is an innovative IOT device where the brewing process is based on centrifugal force, furthermore it allows connection to the cloud to order beans and make coffee. Main activities include prototyping concept parts, supervising tests, creating and maintaining the 3D assemblies for related parts, aligning with other subsystem owners and management on user requirements and functionality, discussing feasibility of new parts and tooling changes of existing parts with the suppliers.

Development of modular industrial PC's and HMI's, carried out improvements for existing products based on (CMM) measurements, tolerance stackup calculations, and statistical analysis. Created proof of concept prototypes. Involved manufacturing processes included sheet metal, plastic molding, die-casting and milling.Supported the engineering department with the tooling design of a new product line of SCARA robots.

Concept design and development of supply infrastructure and diverse structural elements for a vacuum tests vessel

Concept design and development of machine parts and mechanisms for glass inspection systems. Creation of excel applications and templates for spare parts management, orders follow up, and system configuration control.

Full time consultant working on site for ASML.

Concept design and development of fluid-carrying modules (gas and water) for both immersion and EUV photolithography systems. Main activities include the creation of install procedures, technical drawings and other design documentation for these modules which operate in vacuum and should be optimal in flow and stiffness.

Working on the creation of a door recognition algorithm for service robots. Some highlights of the project include the usage of a depth camera for 3D pose estimation and a door crossing stage were an actual service robot should deal with different kinds of open, closed, and partially open doors. This development was intended to be used by an actual Humanoid Service Robot at the worldwide robotics competition RoboCup@Home.

Performance tests, systems calibration, design improvements and cost reduction projects for gas ovens.Support engineer for the Nike Project, a double oven gas range for the US market. One of the link members between the Mexican and S. Korean R+D teams during this development.
