Assists in supporting and analyzing user requirements, procedures and problems to automate processing or to improve existing Enterprise Resource Planning System through standardization within an Automotive Manufacturing facility.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: ● Understanding of the Order to Cash flow within a Manufacturing environment including Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Control, BOM’s, Production, Shipping, Sales, Customer Releases, AP, AR and GL.● Assists in planning and designing ERP business processes, assists in formulation of recommendations to improve and support business activities.● Assists in analyzing and documenting ERP business requirements and processes.● Proper technical documentation for areas of responsibilities● Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements● Participates in meetings to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions ● Help produce database query reporting● Assist in troubleshooting of significant limitations or problems of technical applications● Record, distribute, resolve and ensure timely and accurate problem resolution of technical issues● Assist in the developing and executing of business process testing● Assist with daily support of manufacturing shop floor collection systems
