Administrative role:• Office Management.• Time Management.• Prepare Job Descriptions for the management.• Maintain the departments’ organizational chart.• Engage in standardization of the HR policies.• Engage in the Performance Appraisal Process.• Manage reports on over time, leaves, employee shift assignments, etc.• Measure employee engagement levels.• Run and organize induction programs for the organization for various levels of employees.• Engage in managing the employee’s self-service portal for annual leave, sick leaves, salary transfer certificate, special requests etc.Training Role:• Training facilitation & coordination with Learning & Development department.• Coordinating with L&D on Training projects like Basic Skills Trainings.• Manage and train staff through internal trainings.• Manage and coordinate the training of on the Job Trainees.• Manage reports on trainings done, number of trainees trained, training attendance and present to management.• Supporting the L & D team in implementing and managing training programs.• Conduct induction for newcomers on company profile, policy and standards to follow.• Analyze and identify the requirement of trainings / development courses.• Maintain and update training budget under the direction of the top management.• Implement the career development program for selected employees in coordination with L & D team and other development interventions based on direction from Top Management.• Design and run internal training courses where required.• Obtain evaluation feedback from trainees and their immediate Incharge and present the feedback to management.Kaizen Role:• Basic logistic engineering through process/operations monitoring.• Conduct survey through 5 why, fish bone analysis and PDCA.• Inspecting the sustaining of Kaizen storage standards at Ten Parts Branches.
