•Conduct loan interviews and perform loan audits to ensure all necessary requirements and paperwork are met•Administer ACH transactions daily ranging from $100 to $100,000 and ensure general ledger is balanced•Provide outstanding customer service to 30+ members daily through phone calls, emails, and in person; answering any questions inquiring their accounts and or loans•Perform daily and month end bookkeeping of loans, accounts, bank statements, debit and credit cards •Process routine member account transactions including, transfers, Cashier Checks, loan, and VISA advances•Conduct research on negative accounts and attempt to collect late payments on loans, and overdrawn accounts•Assist members with travel alerts and fraud on both VISA and Debit cards, freezing/reporting fraud when neededWebsite: https://www.sfbayedcu.org/
