My responsibilities are to ensure that every guest receives an excellent customer service as well as take care of my employees. I am a great believer that if you take care of your employees they will take care of your customers. I manage the department on making sure that schedules are done in a timely manner as well as check payroll daily. Control department expenses and manage employees hours to ensure we are line up with our budget. I order department supplies, linen, silverware, serving utensils, etc.. I am in charge of the liquor, make sure our liquor room is well stock and conduct monthly inventory with accounting.
