Responsibilities- Transform business requirements into final products with emphasis in high quality and availability.- Development and configuration of services for the prepaid segment on the Intelligent Network platforms, including online charging, location-based services and Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).- New platforms and products evaluations including suppliers’ interaction and handling.- Contribute to the development and design of new services and products.- Support and maintenance along with the operations’ team in products and services.- Troubleshooting in Online/Offline Charging Platform, Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD), Short Message Service Center (SMSC), Virtual Private Networks (VPNs).- Product development and launching successfully embracing the Mediation and Provisioning of Services, administering third party systems and in-house developments with excellent results.

Responsibilities- Technical projects planning and coordination related to VAS voice platforms such as Voicemail, Ring Back Tone (RBT), Signaling Resource Point (SRP) and other support platforms like Active Device Manager (ADM) and Over-The-Air (OTA) in a GSM/UMTS network. - Coordination and execution of upgrades to several of these platforms along the providers with a positive impact in the business road map. - Collaboration with projects related to platforms such as Short Message Service Center (SMSC), Multimedia Message Service Center (MMSC) and Intelligent Network (IN) platform.

I worked in the Operations and Maintenance team performing preventive and corrective actions in the core and access switches of a CDMA network. In case of an incident with the core switches, CBSCs or cell towers part of my duty as the first level of support was to correct the incident and provide a full report of the actions performed. Also, give support to the Engineering department in projects involving these platforms.
