José A. Brea has 40 years of experience in structural engineering and construction management. Moreover, projects spanning the entire life cycle from feasibility to construction. He has managed, designed and delivered a full range of projects, such as low and mid-rise buildings, hospitals, industrial, hotels as well as bridges and apartment complexes. Together with utilizing all major structural building materials. José has extensive experience delivering cost-effective structural system designs, above all, demonstrating effective management techniques. In addition, he uses his construction know how to overcome project constraints imposed by program designs and budget.As a matter of fact, he has established and implemented a quality assurance monitoring program, therefore insuring the highest standards of quality engineering are maintained throughout the firm. José is a natural mentor, as a result, sharing his knowledge of the profession with younger engineers is something he is passionate about.
