This role involves using tools like WHM to manage multiple web hosting accounts, ensure optimal server performance, and provide top-level technical support to clients. The administrator also stays updated on the latest technologies and trends in web hosting and WordPress, including the use of JetEngine for dynamic content needs.1. **Website maintenance and configuration**: - Perform maintenance of all WordPress websites hosted on the servers. - Create, configure and customize new websites in WordPress. - Perform maintenance, optimization and security tasks on WordPress websites. - Use JetEngine to create and manage dynamic content on sites that require it. - Manage and configure web hosting accounts using WHM for the maintenance of +75 websites. - Install and configure web software as needed. - Make regular backup copies of websites2. **Security and optimization**: - Implement and maintain security measures to protect servers and websites. - Monitor server performance and optimize performance when necessary. - Diagnose and resolve problems related to web servers, websites and email.3. **Technical support**: - Provide top-level technical support to web hosting clients. - Diagnose and resolve DNS-related connectivity and delivery issues. - Provide technical support to clients on WordPress and JetEngine.4. **WHM (Web Hosting Manager) Administration**: - Manage and configure web hosting accounts using WHM. - Monitor server resource usage and make adjustments to optimize website performance.- Configure DNS for different services, including MX records for email, CNAME for subdomains, and A records for web servers.
