(Average increase +15%).- Lead a team of 74 currency exchange advisors, 4 treasurers & 6 supervisors. - Responsible to ensure risk control culture (i.e. regulatory policies, money laundering, etc.)- Launched new products to improve company competitiveness.

Reporting to the General Director of Dominican Republic & dotted line to Group COO- For more than 2,5 years, I have been responsible for setting the retail strategy developing the currency exchange business in Dominica Republic. I developed strong and deep client relationships, seeking for new business opportunities with airport, hotel and resort managers.- Responsibly of supplier’s negotiations (Banks, exchange houses, financial intermediaries ...). - Lead a team of 9 mid- managers and the 121 commercial advisors with a network of 55 Points of sale, located in the 4 main internayionals airports and 25 in "Grand resorts" hotels.

Reporting to the Sales Director.- Responsible for the maintenance and management of retail marketing at WU´s network, including more than 6,800 point of sale in Spain- Independents, exchange locations, banks, Telecoms…- Among other responsibilities: developed incentive plans, negotiation of commission for new and existing agents, developed sales strategies, marketing plans, loyalty program and training tools. Budget control. - Launched and implemented new products in the network. (pre- paid card, B2B, B2C, WU mobile).

Reporting to the Marketing Director of Spain & Potugal.Coordinated all Marketing & Communications strategies and plans such as - above and below the line campaigns, promotional campaigns, pricing proposition, marketing events, new product & service development, marketing research, point of sales.
