As Associate Creative Director, I fulfilled the leadership tasks and deliverables of their assigned client accounts, and specifically worked in support of the department of the Creative Director. I successfully led and directed cross-disciplinary development and execution of short-term (project specific) and long-term (account specific) creative strategies. I was also responsible for representing and communicating Kelly MarCom’s creative and business philosophy, methodology and capabilities to current and potential clients, as well as across all departments, business units and service lines. Additionally, I participated in the development and execution of the agency's market planning. Additional responsibilities included the supervision of the Creative Department’s day-to-day operations, job assignments and project estimates.
