In this role I'm in charge to develops an accurate Business performance forecast/assessment for the Z brand for all geographies.I'm helping develop business and financial strategies to meet budget objectives.I develop deep business insights and provide root cause analysis to help understand the drivers of actual financialperformance, also help develop business cases for investment decisions, and ensure linkage between the brand'sforecast, budget, strategy, and capital requests with the investment cases. I create interactions with the units and geography business teams regularly to develop actions to improve and track financial performance. I develop and present insights on performance and recommend solutions to senior finance and business management.Combine with my Agile skills as a coach I'm the person to play the role of leadership of the squad, having good communications skills, and use key problem solving technique to develop insights and provide recommendations.I'm an active promoter and change agent that bring on board others to support the change by showcasing the positive outcomes of agile adoption. I'm able to train and monitor progress on Agile Maturity. I deliver efficiently, face-to-face, and online Agile Accelerate workshops, bootcamps, and post implementation support to the squads. I also responsible for teaming with Squad leaders and Market leaders to lead further developments on the change, removing impediments to the change, and leading the way to the next level, as the squads starts to mature. This responsibility can be performed at the market and/or across markets and/or at geography level, working closely with the Iteration Manager helping in monitoring progress on 30/60/90 days intervals and suggest training refreshes.

As an Agile Coach, I assist in instituting change, advocate for and promote it from within and I'm an instrumental in its implementation. I act as a key communicator of change and work to deescalate conflict when necessary. I support in the process of removing barriers of change. I promote new ideas for change, supporting the vision and motivating others to share their experiences. I'm a part of the driving force of organizational change, leading their teams towards innovation.
