I carefully designed and observed the end-user experience using Pendo and user testing to achieve a low friction path to the critical “Aha!” moments with the goal of sign-up to value being 15 minutes or less.Also leading the legacy, feature-rich, super extensible, and scalable OpenNMS Horizon / Meridian product line trusted by Managed Service Providers, Retailers, Healthcare, and Financial industries around the world.
