With over to 15 years of surveying experience in the military and civilian sectors, Jose is the President of Tejas Surveying, a growing land surveying company that offers professional land surveying services to clients across Texas and Louisiana. He holds credentials as a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas and Louisiana, an Engineer In Training, and Project Management Professional, demonstrating his expertise and commitment to the field.Jose started his surveying career in the Texas Army National Guard, where he participated in various missions across the world, including Chile, Iraq, and Syria. To this day, he continues serving as a Technical Engineer Non-Commissioned Officer, leading and training teams of surveyors. On the civilian side, he worked in several land surveying roles in the Greater Houston Area, before opening his own company, Pedraza Surveying, LLC, in late 2021. He expanded his business through the acquisition of Tejas Surveying in late August 2022, under which name the firm now operates.
