Operations Manager ⇨ Project Manager ⇨ Key Accounts Manager
CurrentACS is a privately-held full-service company offering comprehensive services to the motion picture industry including management, construction, engineering, marketing, equipment procurement, and facility maintenance.During my tenure at ACS, I've earned a reputation as a turnaround expert, strategically addressing problem areas to gain client confidence and drive sustained growth within each territory. Serving as KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER for the Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Jose, and Denver territories since 2013, I am the point-person for 50+ major accounts, ensuring services are delivered according to ACS' unwavering standards of excellence.I've revitalized multiple underperforming territories, recovering at-risk accounts and growing revenue by up to 60% in certain markets. I do this by establishing trust with key accounts by projecting service needs at each location six weeks in advance. I relieve theater General Managers of the burden of planning by proactively anticipating account needs, analyzing theatre traffic patterns for locations ranging from 1,000 to 16,000 guests daily, and up to 1.7 million visits per year.In 2012, I was selected as PROJECT MANAGER for a $5.5 million construction project for the design and build of Arclight La Jolla, a high-profile upscale client property. In 2011, I was hand-picked to move to New York to launch ACS' East Coast expansion in partnership with Vice President of Sales. I led fast-tracked “boots on the ground” operational planning and rollout for 58 accounts within six weeks, including screening and vetting service teams, and selecting and leading eight Account Managers in seven states. In 2008, I was hired as an ACCOUNT MANAGER to turn around the struggling Los Angeles territory, successfully adding 15 new accounts in the 1st year. I created and implemented operational systems to support the growth of multi-million dollar service contracts.
