I am a Civil Engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Peru (PUCP), MBA from the Maastricht School of Management in the Netherlands, Master in Business Administration from the PUCP, with a Master's Degree in Hydraulic Engineering from the Institute of Infrastructure, Hydraulics and Environment at Delft, Netherlands, specializtion studies in Project Management at ESAN, specialization studies in Construction and Infrastructure Management in Venezuela, Brazil and Peru, postgraduate studies in People Management in ISIL, Construction Law and BIM Management in the UPC and with Project Management Professional certification by the PMI.I have extensive experience in construction, operation and maintenance of irrigation, sanitation, roads, bridges and mass transportation projects, such as the Chavimochic Irrigation Project, Chimbote and Iquitos Drinking-Water System, the North Interoceanic Toll Road, the Metro of Lima and the Longitudinal de la Sierra Toll Road Project.I guide my management to the achievement of objectives through planning, search for customer satisfaction, training and leadership of work teams, contractual management and risk prevention.
