I had the opportunity to participate in diverse seminars and complementary courses that allowed me to expand my knowledge in areas such as design theory, sustainability, and urban planning. In addition, I had the opportunity to compete in national and international contests, which has allowed me to develop my creative capacity and innovative thinking through the continuous search for new ways to approach architectural challenges and has given me the knowledge on how a global project should be managed, such is the case of my shortlisted project for the Seoul Biennial of Architecture and Urbanism in 2021, or my participation in the ArkxSite competition in 2020.I am deeply passionate about the history and theory of architecture, I consider that by analyzing the evolution of the profession we will be able to understand the contexts that originated it, and thus, we will be able to understand our current environment to provide better solutions to the spatial problems we face. I also think that by making a critical architecture with theoretical foundations, we will be able to create projects that have a complex background and that are not based solely on appearance or superficial aesthetics.One of my areas of interest is the study of the influence of spaces on people and the relationships established between users and buildings. I believe that by investigating these interactions we can generate an architecture that goes beyond satisfying physical needs, allowing us to build livable and meaningful spaces with a positive impact on the lives of those who use them and their wellbeing.
