I offer over 30 years of culinary and hospitality experience. My career includes being a chef/owner of a fine dining restaurant on the Peninsula, as well as running a catering business with clients surrounding the Bay Area from Hillsborough to Los Altos. Some of the highlights of my career include designing menus, managing kitchens and service teams, in addition to overseeing event production. Being in the position of an Executive Chef and Private Chef for many years, I have had the opportunity to lead a diverse team in a myriad of events including high profile, both large and intimate. With each opportunity I have been given, I have had the privilege of interacting with people at various levels in building relationships, learning organizational skills, and engaging with guests. I strive to make an impact in all my endeavors by providing excellence in service and cuisine with optimism, fun, and personality.
