My education and experience as an Industrial Designer has always driven my quest for solutions by combining creative thinking with technical scientifical approach.Being ambitious and curious I always strive for professionalism and embrace new learning opportunities to further enhance my knowledge and to broaden my horizons both on work related and personal levels. My former years in employment being a testament to this.Working the last years in Arvato CRM Solutions (Dublin) I had the opportunity to grow within the company and acquired necessary skills and practical understanding on how different elements of customer service and outsourcing systems work and interact. Being part of the BI/WFM/Innovation team I provided support to Operations, HR and other areas of the business creating scalable tools and optimizing internal processes by automation.
