Reporting directly to the business management, I am in charge of three main pillars. On the one hand, all the purchasing and supply management of the company, both national and international. I collaborate in the elaboration of the budgets of the company and I advise both our technicians and our clients in all matters related to our insulation products. TMG Solutions is a private own family company that set up its activity in the industrial field by May 2009 with the aim of being a converter and distributor of high-quality technical industrial products and being a reference in the market for the service and high flexibility according to customers’ needs. I manage the purchase of insulation materials and their manipulation for shell and core type power transformers. I am also responsible for the purchase of dielectric oil.I collaborate with M&S and other departments in the preparation of offers and cost studies.I´m collaborating in the development of several improvement projects related to the development of new suppliers and also in the reduction of margin slippage
