Management of all operations regarding:• Residential door-to-door waste services coordination;• Commercial waste services coordination (commercial and industrial clients);• Special urban waste flows management (used oils, textiles, CDW, hazardous wastes, etc.);• Management of the five recycling centers from Municipality of Maia;Data Analysis, Reporting, and KPI creationEnvironmental compliance;

Street Cleaning public contracts monitoring.

- Coordination of the Public Cleaning direct execution (planning, monitoring, inspection, other services and complaints management);- Monitoring, supervision and evaluation of the subcontracted Public Cleaning Service (inspection planning, external company relation);- Electromechanical equipment and hand tools maintenance (preventive and curative maintenance);- Street furniture maintenance;- Steet mapping and GIS ;- Technical support on public procurement proposals evaluation;- Project development (project, budget, European Community funds applications development)

- Coordination of Public Cleaning service: Planning; monitoring, team management; Illegal waste disposal collection (such as greens, construction and demolition wastes, bulky items, etc.); complaints management;- Supervision of the subcontracted Public Cleaning Services: Inspection planning; direct supervision on the terrain; external relationship;- Electromechanical equipment and hand tools maintenance: implementation of a preventive maintenance plan of electromechanical equipment;- Street furniture maintenance;- Geographic information database updating;
