Exar S.A. encomendo a Hatch la realización de la ingeniería de detalles para el proyecto “Planta de Carbonato de Litio – Salar de Cauchari-Olaroz”. Este proyecto considera una producción total de 50.000 toneladas anuales de carbonato de litio de grado de batería, a partir de salmuera obtenida desde los salares de Cauchari y Olaroz. El desarrollo de la ingeniería de detalles considera la participación e interacción de todas las disciplinas, las cuales tuvieron el objetivo el diseño de las distintas etapas del proceso, áreas de servicios, pozos de extracción de salmuera y agua, pozas de evaporación, planta húmeda, planta seca, envasado y almacenamiento del producto final, además de la generación de los documentos y planos necesarios para las etapas de adquisiciones y construcción.

I was required to support Mina Ministro Hales Project working for System and Process Control Discipline (S&PC), into this area I have been working as Industrial IT specialist and the main duties has been, learn and get involve into the Hatch Methodology for Operational Systems Implementation, work with the clients to show and explain them the Hatch Methodology and procedures, Work and Deploy the Operational System Landscape for the project, work with the industrial IT Team creating questionnaires templates to get the requirement from the final users, Database creation to process the users answer and report generation.Currently I have been working on the document creation and some of those has been, Industrial IT Design criteria, Technical Specification for Storage Solution, Virtualization Platform, Backup and Restore Solution, SAN Network Design, Primary and Secondary Datacenter layout, Rack equipment distribution, Data sheets, Requisitions, etc.
