The main purpose of this position is to develop and implement the andean region country group compensation and benefits strategy based on the global compensation and benefits philosophy, the relevant global directives, business needs and country market practice. This includes also the implementation, coordination and governance of all country compensation and benefit policies and processes to ensure a market competitive remuneration package based on business needs. In addition, the position follows up on the country legislation as far as it is relevant for compensation and benefits.Geographical scope: Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Perù2500 Employees

Responsible for corporate strategy and policies relating to compensation and benefits. Also responsible for the general C&B guidelines and administrative policies in the LATAM countries.
