Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager
The main purpose of this position is to develop and implement the andean region country group compensation and benefits strategy based on the global compensation and benefits philosophy, the relevant global directives, business needs and country market practice. This includes also the implementation, coordination and governance of all country compensation and benefit policies and processes to ensure a market competitive remuneration package based on business needs. In addition, the position follows up on the country legislation as far as it is relevant for compensation and benefits.Geographical scope: Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Perù2500 Employees
