As a Secretary at Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, I support the daily operations of the school district and ensure effective communication with students, parents, staff, and community.I have a strong background in customer service, sales, and management, with experience in various roles and industries. I have worked as a Field Deployment Specialist, an Avid Tutor, a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, and a Vitamin/HBA Clerk. In each position, I demonstrated my communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, as well as my ability to learn quickly and adapt to different situations. I have an Associate of Science degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Dallas College, where I explored a range of subjects and developed my critical thinking and writing skills. I am passionate about learning new skills and improving my talents, and I have earned multiple certifications in Excel and Purchasing Foundations. My goal is to continue to grow professionally and personally, and to contribute to the success of the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD.
