Project: Eglinton Crosstown LRT - $5.3 Billion.Managed the Design Services Agreement valued at over $400M. The ECLRT project is a 19km midtown connection between the east and west of Toronto with 15 underground stations and 10 above grade stops. ✓ Implementation of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the contract requirements.✓ Analytical interpretation, review and analysis of the contract requirements to ensure the adherence to the terms of the contractual agreement – constantly engaging the internal legal representation.✓ Negotiation of Change Orders, Variations and Backcharges.✓ Preparation of administrative documentation – Change Orders & Backcharge Notices.✓ Constant interaction with the technical teams from across the alignment to evaluate the entitlement of the potential changes to the Design Services Agreement.✓ Significant involvement on the technical aspects of the agreement for a suitable commercial approach.✓ Preparation of formal letters to the client and/or the consultant regarding several commercial topics.✓ Creation of advanced matrices, tables and charts to track the progress of the documentation produced by the commercial team.✓ Daily interaction with Project Managers, Segment Directors and Technical Managers to address design-related commercial topics.✓ Monthly provision of commercial report to the Project Director of Alignment containing detailed information of the commercial aspects involving the progress of the Design Services Agreement.✓ Managed the invoicing process along with the Finance Director on a monthly basis – for both the Base Scope services and Amendments to the contract.

Project: P3 EPC Continuous Casting Machine at SIDOR, Venezuela.✓ Managed and updated the project master plan by comparing scheduled work vs developed work using software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, Autodesk Navisworks 3D.✓ Performed daily site visits to document and track the subcontractor’s progress.✓ Reviewed engineering drawings, general design specifications and RFIs on a daily basis to control the progress and report discrepancies.✓ Reported the advance of the project to senior management once a week – presenting the information according to established Project Management premises and criteria such as Earned Value.✓ Developed weekly look-ahead schedules with the Superintendent and technical team.✓ Created advanced tracking tables in MS Excel associated with the master plan to present results of “Schedule Performance Index” to the project manager.
