- In charge of management and coordination of weekly release deployments for the SAP platform as well as monitoring releases and interrelations with the various components for the alignment of deliveries (infra versus application / project versus application / maintenance and evolution);- In charge of the preparation and coordination of production deployment activities; - Cooperate with different IT teams (other IT groups, projects, operations, infrastructure, architecture) and business partners to align deployment strategies while ensuring optimal stability;- Ensure effective coordination between different IT departments in order to deliver operations and maintenance-based solutions for multiple systems;

- In charge of the delivery of multiple bank projects (<250K) of financing applications for the National Bank branch network as well as for the private and business financing sectors (coordination of resources, follow-up with stakeholders, communication, budget tracking, ensure availability of post-implementation support);- Ensure effective coordination between different IT departments in order to deliver operations and maintenance-based solutions for multiple systems;- Perform a variety of complex analysis, identify gaps and make recommendations to optimize to design or adapt systems to meet needs and provide appropriate IT solutions and facilitate decision-making;- Plan, coordinate service requests and changes to different applications and ensure their technical feasibility in addition to assessing the impacts on applications and users;- Coordinate the activities and supervise test phases to ensure that the changes / configurations implemented, or modifications are adequate and consistent with the needs of users and business imperatives;- Follow up with team members to make sure that any important problems or incidents are solved and implement taskforces when required while ensuring the engagement and communication of regular status to the required stakeholders;- Translator between business lines that don’t have a technical knowledge and language and IT departments;- In charge of controlling the billing of internal and third-party providers;- Identify and mitigate risks (operational, disaster recovery, security and obsolescence) for IT assets under my responsibility.

- In charge of managing, planning, coordinating, controlling and implementing various projects (run the bank and change the bank), ensuring the optimal use of human, technical, financial and material resources of the projects and that all required departments and stakeholders have been involved;- Monitoring and controlling of activities of all resources related to the projects under my responsibility as well as ensuring that the allowed budget was respected;- Coaching of less experienced colleagues;- In charge of the development and distribution of documentation and training activities;- Ensure the maximum profitability of different business lines by developing processes and procedures and optimizing the way of doing things;- In charge of analyzing, making recommendations and putting in place the corrective measures needed to correct problematic situations whenever they arise;- Ensuring the quality of deliverable in accordance with the expectations and needs of users;- Reviewing post-implementation results and make appropriate corrective measures when appropriate;- Be the contact person for different stakeholders in projects regarding any blocking issues.
