Responsible for the Common QA Software Operations regarding the Android Upper Platform inside Motorola, while supporting Brazil's Informatics Law Government requirements andinteracting with Global Test Sites, like India, China, and the United States to keep harmonious cooperation between the test teams

Held the Technical Lead position, coordinating the whole test team and its test activities. Trying to take into account the people's needs to build a comfortable, safe, and motivating work environment. Focusing on ramping up the team to generate valuable team members:- Elaborates and coordinates the Test Strategy of each Product Release Life Cycle- Identifies the possible technical gaps of the team and works to solve them- Tracks the overall Product Release healthy and adjusts the Test Strategy based on that- Responsible for all the Software Validation Team deliverables- Team building through technical training about software features and test process, feedback 1:1, mentorship, RACI's matrix creation, etc.

- Defines the human and physical resources allocation according to the Product Release Life Cycle test activities- Gathering of the Software Validation Team requirements for each Product Release Life Cycle- Still leading the GTA team

- Google Test Approval (GTA) team leader: responsible for the GTA test cycles executions, planning, and training- Test automation developer using Java, Python, Jenkins, and Gerrit/GitHub- Manual test case executor and test case designer
