Helping to transform BBVA into a Data-Driven company

Managing end to end informational data projects for the Corporate & Investment Banking area of BBVA. My purpose is to transform heterogeneus data originated worldwide across BBVA's systems into trusted and valuable information.In order to achieve these results I work with different techologies such as Power Center, WebFocus, MicroStrategy, Java, Control-M, etc. and external providers specialized on those tecnologies.

Applying new technologies over all business areas of the group (bus transportation, parkings, hostelry, tourism and other services) with these purposes:-Identifying new lines of business-Improving efficiency-Measuring the return of business actions-Enabling centralized managing of distributed subsidiariesIn order to achieve these results I was in charge of finding, negociating and managing the appropiate external providers.

Management of multidisciplinary teams in the development of custom applications for large clientsMy responsibilities were:- Gathering requirements, analysis, development, testing, implementation and maintenance of applications.-Managing teams (onsite and offsourced factories).-Performing anual appraisals-Selection of resources-Reporting to client project responsibles.-Elaboration of proposals and offerings.
