Purpose:• Responsible for ensuring sites are constructed and completed within agreed specifications, required quality standards and approved site designMain Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Project Preparation:• Creation of standard CME templates for project use and assist regional CME teams to align and imposed standard on new build sites • Support creation of (CW) Acceptance processes and documentation• Ensure accurate and effective designs have been set up and implemented by LSP/ vendors according to standards and specifications. • Ensure that QROI supervisors are equipped with the latest design revisions on sites and oversee that sites are built in accordance with agreed design and minimum specifications Project Execution:• Ensure site completion and compliance to specifications, quality requirements and approved design by performing site CME RFI visit for assigned sites.• RFI checklist utilized in the region using latest template for all visited sites.• Ensure all found deficiencies are rectified by contractors within agreed lead times.• Ensure by monitoring, inducting, training and advising that contractors know and follow the agreed specifications and CME processes. Escalate any deviations to Regional Project Manager.• Ensure that RFI and quality control processes are implemented at site level by vendors/contractors.• Notify CME Manager of any improvements to the processes, guidelines, documentation templates or other parts of the project plan.• Support Regional Manager in TSSR and detail design review and approval (input to final site validation).• Ensure RFI progress and issues are recorded in Tools without delay to allow accurate reporting and information flow within the project team.• Review and approve site CME documentation for all assigned sites.• Secure Health and Safety standards in the project.• Mentor vendor design team activities to ensure timely completion and submission of site designs

Main Duties and Responsibilities:Plan and manage regional activities from site survey to final acceptance.
